At MiSMo we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are posted through Australia Post’s express service and packaged carefully to avoid damage. Orders received before 12pm midday are generally shipped the same day, orders received after are shipped the next business day. The MiSMo website is configured to take advantage of the latest security technologies to protect our transactions. When you purchase from us, the site utilises a secure web address to ensure that your credit card number and other personal information is protected using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology. Secure sections of the site have their address starting with “https” and display a lock icon in your browser. All credit card transactions are processed securely by eWay and no details are stored.
The Dangers of Safe Drop
If you feel it would be unsafe for the postman to leave parcels at your home address when unattended please ask for a “Signature Required” message to be added to the postage label. You can add this instruction in the comments box at the checkout. Australia Post usually leaves parcels in an inconspicuous place if the home is unattended but a “Signature Required” message will ensure the parcel is taken to the nearest post office for collection. The postman should leave a card in your letter box if this happens.
International Orders
MiSMo is happy to post orders for Skin care and Makeup to many overseas destinations: United States of America, Canada, South East Asia, New Zealand, United Kingdom included.
Orders to United States of America, Canada, South East Asia, New Zealand.
Orders to the above countries with a value over AU$150.00 will be posted via Australia Post with tracking, free of charge. Parcels will need a signature on delivery or parcels will be taken to nearest Post Office for collection.
Orders with a value under AU$150.00 will be posted by Air Mail. Delivery charge will be $9.50
Orders to UK, South Africa and Europe will incur extra postage charges. Please email for an estimate.
MSM is sold in Australia and New Zealand only. MSM will not be posted to other overseas countries.
