Always use the lotion on bottom of feet & lower legs to help cramp at night. Have used for years & it helps. Got the roll on this time as easier when travelling in van.

I never let this run out! I use it for bites, skin irritation for me and my horses. But when my husband had radiotherapy, I insisted he used it on his skin after each treatment. Amazingly, he had no burning or blisters after 30 radiotherapy sessions.
Recently, when my mother in law also had radiotherapy I sent some to her and she used it immediately after each treatment. She also had no burning, and really appreciated it's soothing, cooling effect after treatments.
If only I'd known about it earlier, it could have helped other friends going through the same thing. I recommend it to everyone.

So love this mineral powder. Soothes the skin but also covers any skin variations. Would have given 5 stars but it’s too expensive for the amount in the container.
Absolutely stunned how good this oil feels on my face. Normally I don’t buy/use them any more because oils don’t work on my skin but this one does. I look forward to applying it each night. I’m positive it’s helping my complexion teemed with the anti-wrinkle cream and eye cream of a morning.
This MSM is amazing. There are occasions when I'm unable to take the powder and the spinal pain returns but after a day or two, it kicks in again and I'm pain free. It's a morning ritual that must be repeated every day to get the full benefit. For anyone with back pain, this a like-changer.

To be honest I think all skin care products produce immediate results but ageing cannot be stopped.
The mask is lovely and I apply it while relaxing in a hot magnesium bath - allowing it to remain for up to 30mins. My skin always feels good afterwards and I apply a moisturising night cream afterwards.
I will soon reorder day and night moisturisers but my financial situation at the moment is restrictive but I may purchase the Hydrating Mask again in future.
