DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Orders Under $150:

• Regular Shipping: $9.95 (3-7 business days)
• Priority Shipping: $14.95 (1-3 business days)

Orders $150 and Over:

• Regular Shipping: FREE (3-7 business days)
• Priority Shipping: $4.95 (1-3 business days)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking included. If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday, we will usually dispatch it the same day.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Orders over $200 value and/or deliveries to units or apartment blocks will require a signature unless otherwise requested (theft protection). Orders over 5kg total weight may be subject to additional surcharges.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If using a parcel locker, collect your package within the allowable timeframe. Australia Post charges approximately $20 for returned parcels, and customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs before packages can be sent again.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale orders are shipped via the most cost-effective method available, with shipping costs invoiced separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Orders $250+: Free international shipping
• Orders under $250: $29.50 flat rate

Due to weight restrictions, MSM and Magnesium Chloride international orders are charged at actual shipping cost. Import taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
