I topped up my stock of Mismo MSM a month ago.
As a regular and quite competitive runner, i experienced severe hip pain in my joints over 2 years ago and took a 10 month physiotherapy course of treatment to help alleviate the pain. I discovered Mismo about 17 years ago after suffering with a terrible rosacea breakout. The blemish gel soothed me at night and the mineral foundation powder covered my red face up beautifully.
