Our policies differ slightly between skincare and supplements, so please read the section that applies to your purchase below.
Skincare Guarantee
We know that trying new products or changing skincare brands is a big decision, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with our skincare products, please call us on 1-300-064766 or send us an email so we can understand the problem.
We offer trial-sizes for all our skincare products so that you can try them out and make sure they agree with your skin type. Trial-sizes are non-refundable.
If your skincare product has arrived damaged or faulty, email us photos of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement.
In the rare instance you have had an adverse reaction to one of our skincare products, please discontinue use and call us on 1-300-064766 so we can understand the problem. Alternatively send an email explaining the situation to customercare@mismo.com.au (with photos if possible).
Skincare & Makeup Returns
If you change your mind, simply return the unopened product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, or refund product that has been opened or is not in saleable condition upon return.
If you want to cancel an order you need to call us on 1-300-064766 as soon as possible. Our carrier picks up at 12 noon each day, so any order placed within the previous 24hrs can usually be cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped.
Supplements
Our supplements (including MSM, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Chloride and Collagen) are pure, single-ingredient compounds. Results may vary from person to person and we encourage you to carefully review product information and, if needed, consult your healthcare provider before purchasing.
1. Change of Mind Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened supplements. If you change your mind about a supplement purchase, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Original shipping cost is not refundable.
2. Other Returns
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will accept supplement returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where the product is damaged or faulty when received.
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the fault is due to misuse or neglect. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
