- 1/2 cup boiled water or drinkable distilled water
- 3 drops Betadine
- 3 drops tea tree oil
- 2 level teaspoons of MSM
- Shake and add to a bottle with a spray.
Spray 4 times down throat every 4 hours plus a couple of sprays up the nose while on a plane or twice a day while travelling. You may possibly experience a mild stinging however, this should not last and the benefits will out way the short lived discomfort.

HI,
I live in a high airpollution area in the Netherlands , actually most of the Netherlands has a high rate of airpollution..so lately my sinusses are flaring up a lot even though I eat healthy… but i guess living near a huge airport and garbageburning facility outtrumps all that!
I have a homemade spray with 1 clove of garlic pressed and steeped for 15 minutes at least in cold filtered water about 30-50ml, than throw it through a very fine seeve, add some himalayan salt to it 1 drop of teatree and a teaspoon of colloidal silver. Keep it tucked away covered with a lid in a cool dark place, it keeps well for 3 days than you have to make a new batch ..Its a really good and strong recipe butttt…. it burns the first 2 times you use it esp if irritation is present and it smells so its a social no no…. so i will give your recipe a try.
I already have an MSM eye recipe treatment…. i use filtered boiled and cooled water about 50 ml put a heaped teaspoon of msm in the water with 1 small teaspoon of colloidal silver stir, this recipe also needs a cool and dark place ( mostly because of breakdown of silver when in a lighted area) i make a fresh batch every once in a 3 days. To use it i put it in a tiny glass round bowl and hold it against my eye and move my eye in contact with the liquid….. it gives a very fast relieve.
