Cancellation policy

You can cancel your MISMO subscription any time, no questions asked. Log into your account and hit cancel, or just email us and we'll sort it.

One honest ask -- the subscription discount and the free express shipping upgrade are there as a thank-you for sticking around, not a loophole for cancelling and resubscribing to keep grabbing the first-order deal. We can only offer those extras because we've worked out the numbers based on a subscriber reordering at least a couple of times -- so if it becomes a pattern of sign-up, cancel, repeat, we may need to put some guardrails in place, and nobody wants that.

Outside of that, it's your subscription. Pause a delivery, skip one, change how often it ships, swap products, or cancel outright -- whatever works for you.
