Started taking these tablets to help with sleep patterns but unfortunately I had to stop for an operation and started again but finding not sleeping as well due to the pain of the operation! So still taking them and hopefully will improve my sleep

Firstly I am sleeping so much better - no leg or foot cramps and secondly it keeps me regular. I take a teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water every night just before bed. I am feeling so much healthier.
Soft and non-greasy, really good for applying at night. Feels like you are giving your face and neck extra loving care☺️ Scent is lovely and soft, but not irritating. Picks up tired looking skin.

Gentle yet does the job of a good scrub, leaving your face lovely and soft and smooth. Ok to use at least twice a week even for fine or sensitive skin. Perfect preparation for a special event, when travelling, or just to feel refreshed in your face and neck.

It had been a while since I ran out of Mismo MSM and I started to notice niggles in my body, which I tolerated for a while and then I thought better get Mismo MSM. And within two weeks I had started to feel like myself again. Woohoo! Thank you Mismo
Expected it to be refreshing beverage especially chilled with a slice of lemon. Tastes awful. Seems to offer same effects (post exercise joint and muscular pain discomfort) as other MISMO magnesium products. Also assists with bowel regularity (which is not a problem for me so I need to be careful how much I use). For my needs, I will probably lean towards other MISMO Magnesium products over the Magnesuim Chloride. But it was interesting to try and assess.
Smells very nice. Only been using for a week. Too soon, I suspect, for noticeable effects. Will continue using until I finish the product and may well order again if positive changes are experienced. Hopefully I will be able to increase my rating of this product at my next review.

I love this product. I feel it has great balance and my skin is calm. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of how difficult it is to get the cream out of this bottle. The pump is pretty useless when it gets to an inch away from finishing product then I have to either scoop it out or hit the opening to the palm of my hand.
