I haven’t been able to try it yet, the bottle I received had a hole in the botttom. I’m finishing my old bottle of magnesium oil from another company before I can try it.
Don't be fooled by the different magnesium "oils" that you see sold elsewhere - make your own for a fraction of the price - simply add water to our food-grade magnesium chloride.
I found them to be pure as stated specifications. The Flakes took longer to dissolve than small crystals that I was accustomed to in order to make a saturated solution. Other than that I can recommend Mismo and this product.
