Australia Post usually leaves parcels in an inconspicuous place if the home is unattended but a written message will ensure the parcel is taken to the nearest post office for collection. If you wish to have your parcel left in a particular place around your home please enter this information in the box at the checkout.
The postman should leave a card in your letter box if your parcel is to be taken to the Post Office for collection. You will also receive an email from Australia Post advising when the parcel has been delivered.
