I began using it 12 months ago for restless legs with great success. I introduced it to my partner who is always sceptical about my suggestions, but is absolutely sold on it that s why I bought a second lot. He has recommended and given away some to his son, a friend and his physio.
He has had good results for ankle pain (an old break), and back rib pain due to osteoporosis, so I will be making another order this week.

Always use the lotion on bottom of feet & lower legs to help cramp at night. Have used for years & it helps. Got the roll on this time as easier when travelling in van.

Absorbs better then a stray on magnesium (another brand) I have tried in the past that was too greasy.

I've been using rollers to apply Magnesium Gel for many years now. These rollers are the Beter at doing the job than the used deodorant bottles that I have been refilling all this time.

Mismo team went above and beyond to make certain I was satisfied with their product, they sent me full replacement order, express post without any cost to me.
Originally I had a roll on issue but this was quickly resolved as I stated above. When I placed the order I was skeptical as in the past I have tried so many sprays, balms,creams etc, unfortunately none of them really worked for me. I get cramps and suffer with restless leg syndrom most nights, but to my suprise this roll on works well, I also use it for my neck, shoulders and anywhere else I need to. Its good to be able to shake the bottle and roll it on, super easy and mess free specially at bedtime, an added bonus its travel friendly.
I have used this roll on for over 5 days now and I love i, highly recommend.

This was a gift with my order so not really too concerned but it is very hard to use. The roller does not roll easily and you have to force it to move. Good concept though.
Like the idea of this and have updated my review. Will give it a go.
