Hi Glenis, good question - with a sample pack you’ve actually got options rather than a strict sequence, so here’s how to think about it:
Cleanse first (pick one): Natural Cleansing Milk if your skin’s on the sensitive side, or Active Face Cleanser for a deeper daily clean.
Exfoliate 2-3 times a week: Natural Face Exfoliator, used instead of your regular cleanser on those days, not on top of it.
Treat: Cell Soother goes on next if you’ve got any irritation, redness or problem areas — it’s light enough to sit under a moisturiser.
Moisturise last (pick one): New Age Moisturiser for everyday use, or Nourishing Cream if your skin’s drier or sun-affected and wants something richer.
Good way to trial it is to use one cleanser and one moisturiser consistently for a couple of weeks so you can actually tell what’s working, rather than rotating everything at once.
