This magnesium oil is amazing, helps relieve muscle pain better than the top brand (I won’t mention names) bought over the counter at health food stores. I apply two to three times daily when I have a lot of soreness. I am never without it. I use the roll on for convenience and easier to travel with too.
I bought the trial pack absolutely loved it so now purchased the full-sized pack. Well worth its money and my skin looks great

For muscle cramps, I much prefer the roll-on version - easy to apply and instantly effective. The spray is presumably effective too, just messy to use and if you have any eczema or similar, it is indeed very painful when using your hands to massage the spray into the skin (as warned in the description of the product). No noticeable impact on muscle pain. I therefore won't buy again but will continue to use the excellent roll-on version for muscle cramps - that one is a serious winner!
About a year ago I got my hand broken by a steer! It’s woken me up in the night since it happened just aching and nothing could be done. I’ve tried other MSM brands and various other things but finally I’m getting no more trouble from my hand.

Seems to be helping my hips , I couldn’t roll over in bed because of the pain . Seems to be beneficial and it helps my skin and hair as well .This is great value for money because you only need one heaped teaspoon a day . I have tried other things which didn’t work . So I am giving this 5 stars , after just a few weeks I am really loving this

Great way to try products before buying full size and wasting money. Also being decent size bottles really let's you use them quite a few times to really see if they are suitable for your skin type.
