I was diagnosed with osteo arthiritis in May 2025. I could not make a fist with my right hand. I had pain rotating my neck for driving. A very scary time being over 80 years old. I was worried about my indepence and what my future might become.

And your skin care Anti Aging bundle is amazing, I could see an improvement after a couple of days - I bought the small bottles to see what it would be like, and it’s great to take on overnight trips, I’m using them every day and only need a little bit so it’s lasting me a while, which I am surprised at !! I have been taking Magnesium glycinate from another brand and I will be buying MISMO magnesium from now on. I found that I was really relaxed in the evening and helped me to fall asleep too, its been so good for my sleep.
