You asked, we answered! We're happy to introduce our Mineral Highlighter and Mineral Bronzer in pressed palettes. Palettes allow for an easy, compact, mess-free touch-up while out-and-about.

If you're looking to accentuate your cheek-bones and create a healthy, sun-kissed look, bronzer and highlighter are two of the most useful products to have in your makeup case. 

Our Pressed Mineral Bronzer and Pressed Mineral Highlighter are used to contour the face by adding shadows and highlights - think of the chiselled features of red-carpet celebrities. 

So, how should you use the new duo?

1. Apply the Pressed Mineral Bronzer

Take the Mismo Bronzing Brush and tap lightly on the pressed palette. Apply the bronzer to the hollows of your cheekbones (making a fish face is the easiest way!). Go light - a little goes a long way! This product has great pigmentation so it's very easy to build colour; go lighter for a natural daytime glow, or layer contour for a dramatic night-time look. You can also use our Mineral Bronzer to contour your nose! Start up at the bridge slightly on the left-hand side. Run a thin line of bronzer down the length and stop almost at the tip of your nose. Repeat on the right-hand side. This trick creates shadows, giving the appearing of thinner, straighter facial features.  

2. Apply the Pressed Mineral Highlighter

Using your Bronzing Brush (clean off any bronzer first!) or any fan-shaped brush, lightly apply highlighter to the highest point of your cheekbones (think about where the light would hit). Go light – the Mineral Highlighter is a very buildable product. Next, run a light line of highlighter down the bridge of your nose – between the contouring bronzer you applied before, stopping before the tip of your nose. Another great place to highlight is your cupid’s bow, which will give the appearance of fuller lips!

Our new pressed compacts are great for taking on the go when you don’t want to have to worry about bringing a pesky brush for touch-ups. Just lightly run your fingers over the palette for a light transfer of product, layering as desired!
