SHIPPING 

Some orders will qualify for free delivery. Please see below for the qualifying order amounts.

All orders over A$200 value and/or with delivery to a unit or apartment will require a signature unless requested otherwise.

MSM and Magnesium Chloride cannot be shipped outside of Australia/NZ.

 


Australia and New Zealand

All orders shipped Australia Post Express.

Free shipping for orders with a value over A$150.

Flat rate of A$9.50 for all other orders.

Orders over 5kg in total weight subject to surcharge equal to actual shipping cost, invoiced seperately.

Delivery generally 2-5 working days. 

 


REST OF WORLD

Orders shipped though best available carrier, generally Australia Post.

Free shipping for orders over A$250 and under 1.5kg total weight.

Flat rate of A$29.50 for orders between 1.5kg and 5kg.

Orders over 5kg in total weight subject to surcharge.

Delivery generally 10-20 working days. 

 


Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we've passed them on to the shipping carrier..

PLEASE NOTE; Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside of Australia. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

Our customers come first, so if after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel that order within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to the products not having already left the MISMO Warehouse. To cancel an order you need to contact us either by email on support@mismo.com.au or by telephone on 1-3000-64766 as soon as possible.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please simply return the unused products to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for products which have been opened, used, damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale, unless you have had an adverse reaction.

In certain circumstances we might be able to offer a replacement product or exchange.

We regret that we cannot reimburse postage and shipping costs.

We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method.
