How to Use

Marine Collagen: Start with 5g per day (1–2 tsp), increasing to 10g (3–4 tsp) for optimal results. Mix into hot or cold beverages, smoothies, cereal or yoghurt.
Vitamin C: Mix ½–1 teaspoon (5g) into water, juice or a smoothie. Provides approximately 750mg of Vitamin C per serving.
Can be taken together in the same drink or spaced across the day.

Item arrived quickly. It's a hydrated molecule so had hard crystal sheets. It dissolves easily though. It caused a bit of bloating so I discontinued it. Good quality product.

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes

I found them to be pure as stated specifications. The Flakes took longer to dissolve than small crystals that I was accustomed to in order to make a saturated solution. Other than that I can recommend Mismo and this product.

Hole in the bottle

I haven’t been able to try it yet, the bottle I received had a hole in the botttom. I’m finishing my old bottle of magnesium oil from another company before I can try it.
