How do I use Tinted Mineral Sunscreen?

Apply generously to all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, or more often if sweating, swimming, or after towel-drying.

What are the Active Ingredients?

Non-Nano Zinc Oxide (25% w/w) – Provides broad-spectrum SPF50 protection, forming a physical barrier against UVA and UVB rays without irritating the skin.

Tinted Mineral Sunscreen is designed for sensitive, acne-prone skin. The high zinc content reflects the sun's rays and is the active ingredient used for sun protection.

What does the SPF number really mean?

SPF stands for ‘sun protection factor’ and indicates the level of protection a product offers from the sun’s harmful UVB rays. Our Tinted Mineral Sunscreen is an SPF50 sunscreen that will protect you from around 98% of UVB rays, whereas sunscreen with an SPF of 100 means protection from about 99% of UVB rays.

So going from SPF50 to SPF100 doesn't mean you get twice as much protection!

Warnings

Keep out of the eyes and do not use on broken, damaged, or diseased skin. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun.

First sunscreen that doesn't affect my eyes. When first on it is very pale but sinks into skin and disappears. Blends well under makeup

MY FAVOURITE

absorbs well, this sunblock is a must for me especially on dog walks for face and front and back neck area , in fact all exposed bits. Coverage is good and feel and smell good too.

Good protection whilst swimming!

Stayed on well when snorkelling, saved burnt ankles and neck and face! Not very tinted at all, but good for invisible protection.

This screen blends in well with my facial tone. It literally seems to glow! I have recommended this product to others as it is the best protection yet. It does not look white like zinc cream does; it is attractive.

Love that it’s a spf 50, I however found it not as described & it was very heavy , oily & shiny. Would be great for dry skins & people that love that glowing look.

I wanted to say I love it, but I live in the tropics, and it is too heavy for me personally in our summer humidity. The product itself I can't fault. Maybe for me in the winter months it will be good but I was looking for something to use in summer ☀️ 😮‍💨

Easy to apply, no nasties, covers well

I ordered the trial size because I wasn't sure if the tint in it would look odd on my fair skin or if it would make my face greasy. Didn't need to worry about either! The tint is not noticeable and it goes on nice and dry and stays that way. I ordered the full size and am very happy with it!

I like this sunscreen. It doesn't clog my skin and it's very moisturising. The slight tint prevents me from looking like a ghost !

Works great, not greasy!

I've been in search of a good sunscreen for my face for years and finally found it! This one works very well. Just like other mineral sunscreens, I sometimes find my face is red after being out in the sun for awhile but it's just due to heat, it's not actually a burn, and the redness goes away within a couple hours. I am fair skinned and was worried the tinting wouldn't look right but I don't even notice it. And I'm especially pleased that it goes on really well and my face doesn't get greasy, even after hours of having it on. Definitely an outstanding product!

Great mineral sunscreen

Living in the tropics means that most sunscreen products cause sweating which in turn means your well placed sunscreen is quickly wiped off. This product stays put and is completely invisible. Works really well with the slight tint too. Defiantly recommend this one.

SUN PROTECTION

I am involved with a Community Garden and needed something to protect my nose. Even thought I wear a hat and cover up, our Aussie sun still found my nose! The product is easy to smooth on, and to re-apply. I consider it shade cloth for my nose . . . . so far it's worked. Thank you.
