Magnesium Oil Vs. Magnesium Gel
Topical magnesium products really help with headaches and insomnia and your body actually absorbs magnesium better when it's applied to the skin rather than when taken orally. MISMO Magnesium Oil with MSM and Magnesium Gel Complex are both portable and both used topically but it can be confusing if you’re just entering the world of magnesium.
Don't be fooled!
While you see a lot of companies promoting magnesium "oil", magnesium oil isn't actually an oil, it's just magnesium suspended in water. Yup, just gold ol' H20. It ends up having an oily consistency which gives it this name. Some high-end magnesium brands out there charge up to $50 for a 250ml spray bottle!
To help educate our customers and save them some from over-paying, we created a Magnesium Oil with MSM, but instead of selling water, all that's needed to do is mix our Magnesium and MSM sachet with water and pour into our spray bottle to make a super strong 50/50 mix! Here's a video on how to make your own Magnesium Oil.
How to use Magnesium Oil with MSM?
Apply two to three sprays to the affected area and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes. Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
What's the Difference Between Magnesium Oil with MSM and Magnesium Gel Complex?
In contrast to our Magnesium Oil with MSM, Magnesium Gel Complex is more suited for use in a massage, increasing the soothing and healing benefits. Magnesium Gel Complex also contains MISMO MSM but the added benefits of organic aloe vera juice and hyaluronic acid to help with hydrating and strengthening the skin; it also accelerates wound healing too!
How do I use Magnesium Gel Complex?
Gently massage magnesium gel onto clean dry skin wherever relief is required. For external use only. If irritation occurs discontinue use. One teaspoon (5 grams) contains 1.2 grams of Magnesium chloride, an excellent boost for your body.
Why do we use MISMO MSM in our Magnesium Oil and Gel?
Those with sensitive skin may experience some irritation with magnesium but the penetration powers of MSM mean that you need a lower concentration of magnesium to be effective. MSM also supports healthy joints, muscles, tendons, hair, skin, nails, and helps to reduce inflammation.
