Shipping

Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders with a value over A$150 and a flat rate of A$9.50 for all other orders.

All orders will be shipped Australia Post Express and delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days to most locations across Australia. 

We aim to dispatch all express orders ordered by 12pm by the following business day.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note:
Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (holidays, sales), due to severe weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mismo’s reasonable control.

Orders over A$200 value, and/or with delivery to a unit or apartment block, will require a signature unless otherwise requested (theft has become a real problem).  Orders over 5kg in total weight may be subject to a surcharge. 

Wholesale orders will be shipped by the most cost effective method available and the cost of shipping will be invoiced separately.

Please be sure you have the correct delivery address on your order. If using a parcel locker, please collect your package within the allowable timeframe. Australia Post charge approx. $20 for every parcel that is returned to us and the costs of return and re-sending will need to be paid by the customer before the package can be sent again.

International shipping is free for orders above A$250 and $29.50 for all other orders. Due to weight limitations, shipping of international orders for MSM and Magnesium Chloride will be charged at actual cost. Please contact support@mismo.com.au for pricing. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
