Shipping

Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders with a value over A$150 and a flat rate of A$9.50 for all other orders.

All Australian orders will be shipped Australia Post Express and delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days to most locations across Australia.

All New Zealand orders will be shipping Australia Post Standard.

We aim to dispatch all express orders ordered by 12pm by the following business day.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note:
Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (holidays, sales), due to severe weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mismo’s reasonable control.

Orders over A$200 value, and/or with delivery to a unit or apartment block, will require a signature unless otherwise requested (theft has become a real problem). Orders over 5kg in total weight may be subject to a surcharge.

Wholesale orders will be shipped by the most cost effective method available and the cost of shipping will be invoiced separately.

Please be sure you have the correct delivery address on your order. If using a parcel locker, please collect your package within the allowable timeframe. Australia Post charge approx. $20 for every parcel that is returned to us and the costs of return and re-sending will need to be paid by the customer before the package can be sent again.

International shipping is free for orders above A$250 and $29.50 for all other orders. Due to weight limitations, shipping of international orders for MSM and Magnesium Chloride will be charged at actual cost. Please contact support@mismo.com.au for pricing. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Good nights sleep

Capsules are easy to take and have helped me sleep by eliminating leg cramps during the night.

I apply the cream at night and it is making my skin so soft and refreshed, been using Mismo for years and get always compliments about how young my skin looks, I love mismo.
I also use their MSM and my pain has disappeared about ninety percent.

Our MSM is 100% pure, so there’s no “stronger” version available. What some people do is adjust the amount they take to suit their needs. The recommended daily dose is around 1 teaspoon (5g), but some of our customers take up to 1 tablespoon (15g) or more each day to achieve the results they’re after.

It really depends on the specific issue you're hoping to relieve.

Is it pain in a particular joint that is giving you the problem?

MSM is primarily about reducing inflammation in the joints and helping to rebuild collagen. MSM is highly regarded for helping to reduce joint pain because it has been clinically shown to reduce inflammation (that is the cause of the pain).

But if the pain is being caused by something other than inflammation (eg. bone-on-bone in the knees) then MSM is not going to be much help.

If your pain is more coming from muscles and soft tissue, then one of our magnesium supplements may be better suited:

What a fabulous idea. I got different colours and a couple of different kinds of foundation coverage and there was enough to use a couple of times. Was an economical way to find the right product for me.

Pure Marine Collagen

I recently started back exercising daily on a bike and reformer Pilates machine , after a few years of only walking as exercise. I am combining the Mismo MSM , Pure Marine Collagen and Mismo Vitamin C as my recovery drink after my daily routine . My joints are much happier as I used to suffer from knee pain but I find a don’t anymore . I have noticed my nails are stronger and my skin is smoother. Very happy with the results

MISMO MSM

I used MSM from another supplier before I found out about MISMO. I was glad I switched as I believe MISMO MSM to be a purer grade product. However, I have to restrict my usage as MSM prices are never discounted even for long time regular customers. When I use MISMO MSM, I get better benefits for joints and active muscle recovery after exercise than I do from other suppliers. I wish I could afford to use it more regularly and liberally. May be MISMO MSM will go back to offering discount rates for MISMO MSM to regular customers in the near future again.
