We know that trying new products or changing skincare brands is a big decision, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with our products, send them back and we will give you a full refund. 

In the rare instance you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use and call us on 1-300-064766 so we can understand the problem and properly organise your refund.  Or send an email explaining the situation to customercare@mismo.com.au (with photos if possible).

If your product has arrived damaged or faulty, email us photos of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement.

If you change your mind, simply return the unopened product to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund to your original payment method.  Unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, or refund product that has been opened or is not in saleable condition upon return.

If you want to cancel an order you need to call us on 1-300-064766 as soon as possibleOur carrier picks up at 12noon each day, so any order placed within the previous 24hrs can usually be cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped.
