MSM (Organic Sulphur) Powder: MSM is an anti-inflammatory nutritional supplement which helps calm redness and reduce inflammation always present with skin conditions including rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and acne. MSM assists in the reproduction of healthier skin cells which in turn make a healthy complexion. Sulphur is present in every cell of the body and is essential to life.

MSM supplies sulphur required by some amino acids to produce collagen and elastin. MSM also helps reduce inflammation of the connective tissue and restores the fragile condition to healthy. It is also excellent for joint pain.

A-C-E Vitamin C Serum: Topical vitamin C will help to restore the collagen support around the dilated blood vessels. The best form is ascorbyl tetra isopalmitate or VCIP, an oil which does not oxidise. It will go a long way towards improving the appearance of spider veins or telangiectasia when combined with Vitamins A and E.

Rejuvenating Serum: Hyaluronic Acid restores precious moisture levels. Rosacea creates heat in the skin leading to the loss of vital moisture stores. Hyaluronic acid is present naturally in the dermis of the skin, the same place you will find collagen and elastin. Supplementing hyaluronic acid not only replaces lost moisture it supplements your body's dwindling supplies. This is a wonderful anti ageing serum too.

Cell Soother: MSM with Aloe Vera gel is a potent mix for all skin problems. Cell Soother contains 15% MSM, the largest amount possible to use in a product. Inflammation is controlled and healing is greatly accelerated.

All MISMO gels and creams are able to be used together or swapped around.

Where cost is an issue use Cell Soother in place of Rejuvenating Serum. You can also alternate them thus reducing the cost overall. A good result will still be enjoyed using Cell Soother, just different. You will not get the same aging benefits and skin plumping as with Rejuvenating Serum. It is best not to use Rejuvenating Serum and Cell Soother at the same time as it can be too drying.

Active Face Cleanser: A new cleanser in the MISMO range has been formulated to keep dead skin cells at bay. Rosacea skins tend to build up layers of dead cells which contributes to blemishes, lumps and bumps. This skin type is called congested. Active Face Cleanser is oil, fragrance and soap free, perfect for Rosacea.

Lactic and Glycolic acids are the active ingredients that dissolve the glue that holds dead cells in place. This clear gel is gentle and set at the correct pH to enable ongoing exfoliation. An exfoliator is still required. A combination of DermaNew Microdermabrasion and Natural Exfoliator is the best routine. Use DermaNew 3 days and Natural Exfoliator 2 days a week.

Natural Cleansing Milk: This super gentle creamy cleanser may be more suitable for some sensitive skin types than Active Face Cleanser. If you use Natural Cleansing Milk pay even more attention to exfoliating once a week. MicroDerm Resurfacing Cream is our suggestion in this case.

MicroDerm Resurfacing Cream: Bamboo powder is the grain used to provide a deeper exfoliating that Natural Face Exfoliation. The grains are round so do not damage the skin in any way. The base of MicroDerm is Natural Cleanser so the creamy base provides a good medium for massaging the face gently and effectively.

Blemish Gel: A non drying gel designed for pimples, lumps and bumps often present in Rosacea. Can be applied to the areas when blemishes tend to appear. Patented acne active ingredient is combined with MSM, Hyaluronic Acid and other healing ingredients. Vitamin B3 (nicatinamide) is an excellent ingredient that helps strengthen the skin barrier.
