Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders with a value over A$150 and a flat rate of A$9.50 for all other orders.

All orders will be shipped Australia Post Express and delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days to most locations across Australia. If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday we will usually send it to you on the same day.

Orders over A$200 value, and/or with delivery to a unit or apartment block, will require a signature unless otherwise requested (theft has become a real problem).  Orders over 5kg in total weight may be subject to a surcharge. 

Wholesale orders will be shipped by the most cost effective method available and the cost of shipping will be invoiced seperately.

Please be sure you have the correct delivery address on your order. If using a parcel locker, please collect your package within the allowable timeframe. Australia Post charge approx. $20 for every parcel that is returned to us and the costs of return and re-sending will need to be paid by the customer before the package can be sent again.

International shipping is free for orders above A$250 and $29.50 for all other orders. Due to weight limitations, shipping of international orders for MSM and Magnesium Chloride will be charged at actual cost. Please contact support@mismo.com.au for pricing. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We know that trying new products or changing skincare brands is a big decision, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with our products, please call us on 1-300-064766 or send us an email so we can understand the problem. 

We offer trial-sizes for all our skincare products so that you can try them out and make sure they agree with your skin type. Trial-sizes are non-refundable.

If your product has arrived damaged or faulty, email us photos of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement.

In the rare instance you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use and call us on 1-300-064766 so we can understand the problem.  Alternatively send an email explaining the situation to customercare@mismo.com.au (with photos if possible).

If you change your mind, simply return the unopened product to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund to your original payment method.  Unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, or refund product that has been opened or is not in saleable condition upon return.

If you want to cancel an order you need to call us on 1-300-064766 as soon as possible. Our carrier picks up at 12noon each day, so any order placed within the previous 24hrs can usually be cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped.
