A calming and smooth moisturiser that provides broad-spectrum SPF15 protection from the sun. Contains high concentrations of Zinc, MSM and hyaluronic acid for excellent hydration.
Zinc Oxide provides broad-spectrum sun protection by reflecting UVA and UVB rays. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, which help soothe irritated skin and treat conditions like acne. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

MSM

SPF stands for ‘sun protection factor’ and indicates the level of protection a product offers from the sun’s harmful UVB rays. Our Ultra Moisturising SPF Sunscreen is an SPF15 sunscreen that will protect you from around 93% of UVB rays, whereas a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 means protection from about 97% of UVB rays. So going from SPF15 to SPF30 doesn't mean you get twice as much protection!

Excellent zinc sunscreen
One of the best zinc based sunscreens I’ve used, and I’ve used A LOT in my effort to find one that agrees with my oily skin. I’ve found that with zinc sunscreen it is best to keep the SPF low otherwise they can feel heavy and occlusive on the skin and the white cast can be extreme. This cream does leave a slight white cast so you need to blend it very well as it is not micronised zinc. I am happy that it smells lovely and doesn’t make my skin greasy or feel heavy on my face like a mask. It is an excellent performer for an everyday sunscreen.

Our MSM is 100% pure, so there’s no “stronger” version available. What some people do is adjust the amount they take to suit their needs. The recommended daily dose is around 1 teaspoon (5g), but some of our customers take up to 1 tablespoon (15g) or more each day to achieve the results they’re after.
It really depends on the specific issue you're hoping to relieve.
Is it pain in a particular joint that is giving you the problem?
MSM is primarily about reducing inflammation in the joints and helping to rebuild collagen. MSM is highly regarded for helping to reduce joint pain because it has been clinically shown to reduce inflammation (that is the cause of the pain).
But if the pain is being caused by something other than inflammation (eg. bone-on-bone in the knees) then MSM is not going to be much help.
