Only been using for a week on some overworked muscles and I'm thinking it is helping as had relieved my back pain & knee pain, so will definately keep using.
Absorbs better then a stray on magnesium (another brand) I have tried in the past that was too greasy.

I have found this moisturiser the best for my skin. Have used a lot of different brands but they do not measure up to this.
Brilliant product for stiff joints,I take it every morning and have noticed a definate improvement in my knee mobility.
