First bought some a few years ago on an off chance as sounded like it might help partners cramps and aching knee. Well it has become the number one go to lotion for all aches pains and cramps. Have recommended to all friends and family that have those persistent niggles.
I can o longer take magnesium orally . Roll on gel works well to treat night leg cramps

Always use the lotion on bottom of feet & lower legs to help cramp at night. Have used for years & it helps. Got the roll on this time as easier when travelling in van.

Originally I had a roll on issue but this was quickly resolved as I stated above. When I placed the order I was skeptical as in the past I have tried so many sprays, balms,creams etc, unfortunately none of them really worked for me. I get cramps and suffer with restless leg syndrom most nights, but to my suprise this roll on works well, I also use it for my neck, shoulders and anywhere else I need to. Its good to be able to shake the bottle and roll it on, super easy and mess free specially at bedtime, an added bonus its travel friendly.
I have used this roll on for over 5 days now and I love i, highly recommend.

This was a gift with my order so not really too concerned but it is very hard to use. The roller does not roll easily and you have to force it to move. Good concept though.
