I topped up my stock of Mismo MSM a month ago.
As a regular and quite competitive runner, i experienced severe hip pain in my joints over 2 years ago and took a 10 month physiotherapy course of treatment to help alleviate the pain. Then my girlfriend recommended MSM to me and i've never looked back!! Taken together with the Magnesium Chloride crystals every morning, my body has never felt better. After 18 months on the MSM/Magnesium combo i have no more aches or pains in my hip area and have been running the fastest 5km times of my life. This is the only product I’ve ever found that gives me the perfect coverage to hide my facial excema. Even when I have a big flare up the mineral powder goes on smoothly without any reaction & gives me the confidence to go out in public.
Only been using for a week on some overworked muscles and I'm thinking it is helping as had relieved my back pain & knee pain, so will definately keep using.
Absorbs better then a stray on magnesium (another brand) I have tried in the past that was too greasy.
Yes I think it is helping and nice to use.
I have found this moisturiser the best for my skin. Have used a lot of different brands but they do not measure up to this.
Brilliant product for stiff joints,I take it every morning and have noticed a definate improvement in my knee mobility.

I discovered Mismo about 17 years ago after suffering with a terrible rosacea breakout. The blemish gel soothed me at night and the mineral foundation powder covered my red face up beautifully. It’s so gentle on the skin and gives a great coverage. My daughters and mother now all use Mismo , couldn’t live without it.
I was diagnosed with osteo arthiritis in May 2025. I could not make a fist with my right hand. I had pain rotating my neck for driving. A very scary time being over 80 years old. I was worried about my indepence and what my future might become.
