When can I expect to see results with Marine Collagen?
With daily use you can expect:
2 - 4 weeks: you should begin to experience improved digestion, reduced bloating and improved bowel movements. This is due to the high levels of essential amino acids proline, glutamine and glycine, which are working to repair your gut's intestinal lining.
4 - 8 weeks: you will see visible improvements in skin hydration, elasticity and density. Studies reported smoother complexion and fading lines / wrinkles.
8 - 12 weeks + : expect to see improved nail and hair strength, growth, and overall improved health. Studies also showed improved joint pain and inflammation.

Gentle yet does the job of a good scrub, leaving your face lovely and soft and smooth. Ok to use at least twice a week even for fine or sensitive skin. Perfect preparation for a special event, when travelling, or just to feel refreshed in your face and neck.
I am sleeping so much better. I used to panic about getting to sleep and if I woke up I would fret about getting back to sleep again. I wake up so much calmer in the mornings too. No leg cramps or muscle pains. For me it is a winner.

Expected it to be refreshing beverage especially chilled with a slice of lemon. Tastes awful. Seems to offer same effects (post exercise joint and muscular pain discomfort) as other MISMO magnesium products. Also assists with bowel regularity (which is not a problem for me so I need to be careful how much I use). For my needs, I will probably lean towards other MISMO Magnesium products over the Magnesuim Chloride. But it was interesting to try and assess.
Smells very nice. Only been using for a week. Too soon, I suspect, for noticeable effects. Will continue using until I finish the product and may well order again if positive changes are experienced. Hopefully I will be able to increase my rating of this product at my next review.
