All orders will be shipped Australia Post Express and delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days to most locations across Australia. If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday we will usually send it to you on the same day.
Orders over A$200 value, and/or with delivery to a unit or apartment block, will require a signature unless otherwise requested (theft has become a real problem). Orders over 5kg in total weight may be subject to a surcharge.
Wholesale orders will be shipped by the most cost effective method available and the cost of shipping will be invoiced seperately.
Please be sure you have the correct delivery address on your order. If using a parcel locker, please collect your package within the allowable timeframe. Australia Post charge approx. $20 for every parcel that is returned to us and the costs of return and re-sending will need to be paid by the customer before the package can be sent again.
International shipping is free for orders above A$250 and $29.50 for all other orders. Due to weight limitations, shipping of international orders for MSM and Magnesium Chloride will be charged at actual cost. Please contact support@mismo.com.au for pricing. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We know that trying new products or changing skincare brands is a big decision, so if for any reason you are not completely happy with our products, please call us on 1-300-064766 or send us an email so we can understand the problem.
We offer trial-sizes for all our skincare products so that you can try them out and make sure they agree with your skin type. Trial-sizes are non-refundable.
If your product has arrived damaged or faulty, email us photos of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement.
In the rare instance you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use and call us on 1-300-064766 so we can understand the problem. Alternatively send an email explaining the situation to customercare@mismo.com.au (with photos if possible).
If you change your mind, simply return the unopened product to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately we can't refund the original shipping cost, or refund product that has been opened or is not in saleable condition upon return.
If you want to cancel an order you need to call us on 1-300-064766 as soon as possible. Our carrier picks up at 12noon each day, so any order placed within the previous 24hrs can usually be cancelled. We cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped.

How do I use Sensitive Skin Bundle for Younger Skin?
Morning & Night Routine
Moisten skin with warm water and apply a small amount of Natural Cleansing Milk. Gently massage with your Microfibre Cleanser for at least 30 seconds, then rinse to remove.
Apply one pump of Cell Soother to the entire face and neck and let dry.
Finish with Ultra Moisturising SPF Sunscreen 15 mins before being exposed to the sun. Not waterproof, re-apply after swimming. Also fine to use in the evening too as it contains Zinc which is calming for the skin.

What is Rosacea?
Rosacea (pronounced roz-a-sha) is a skin condition without a cure but able to be controlled and improved dramatically.
The most noticeable feature of Rosacea is a red face particularly in the t-zone. Broken capillairies known also as surface veins or spider veins are common to sufferers.
Another curse can be pimples, cysts or acne. This acne is different to the type common in young people.
What causes redness and sensitivity?
Scientists are still unaware of what causes rosacea. However, they've managed to assemble the following evidence.

Rosacea runs in families. Many people who get rosacea have family members who have rosacea. It is possible that people inherit genes for rosacea.

The immune system may play a role. Scientists found that most people with acne-like rosacea react to a bacterium (singular for bacteria) called bacillus oleronius. This reaction causes their immune system to overreact. Scientists still do not know whether this can cause rosacea.

A bug that causes infections in the intestines may play a role. This bug, H pylori, is common in people who have rosacea. Scientists cannot prove that H pylori can cause rosacea. Many people who do not have rosacea have an H pylori infection.

Many studies found that people with rosacea have large numbers of this mite on their skin. The problem is some people who do not have rosacea also have large numbers of this mite on their skin.

A protein that normally protects the skin from infection, cathelicidin, may cause the redness and swelling. How the body processes this protein may determine whether a person gets rosacea.

Cell Soother Vs. Rejuvenating Serum
Cell Soother contains MSM with Aloe Vera gel is a potent mix for all skin problems. Cell Soother's MSM content is 15%, the largest amount possible to use in a product. Inflammation is controlled and healing is greatly accelerated.
Rejuvenating Serum contains hyaluronic acid which restores precious moisture levels. Rosacea creates heat in the skin leading to the loss of vital moisture stores. Hyaluronic acid is present naturally in the dermis of the skin, the same place you will find collagen and elastin. Supplementing hyaluronic acid not only replaces lost moisture it supplements your body's dwindling supplies. This is a wonderful anti-ageing serum too.
