Item arrived quickly. It's a hydrated molecule so had hard crystal sheets. It dissolves easily though. It caused a bit of bloating so I discontinued it. Good quality product.

I’ve made my own oil, it work wonders for sore joints and muscles

I found them to be pure as stated specifications. The Flakes took longer to dissolve than small crystals that I was accustomed to in order to make a saturated solution. Other than that I can recommend Mismo and this product.

I haven’t been able to try it yet, the bottle I received had a hole in the botttom. I’m finishing my old bottle of magnesium oil from another company before I can try it.

Very high quality product but the taste!!! Oh my goodness, it tastes like a glass of salt water, very hard to drink and I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again
