I just purchased the cleansing pads again for my daughter for Christmas. She has a few different brands of these and the others don’t stand up to being thrown in the washing machine with the towels like the mismo ones. Handy remedy
I have a stiff muscle knot on the side of my neck due to stress and bad sleeping positions. Since I started using the magnesium roller day and night, my neck muscles has been improved a lot. It takes time to see the results though!
I've been taking this product for one month and have noticed my nails have been stronger with no splits hence I attribute this improvement to the Marine Collagen powder.
