Absolutely love this product I now save myself a lot of money each month, my supplements include the magnesium chloride, msm, and emu oil capsules, and multivitamins, it’s helping on all levels from my arthritis, my muscle spasms, skin , hair and nails also my anxiety, and has helped me get back into the gym to strengthen my whole body and feeling amazing without these products I’m sure I’d still be just about home bound and not able to do much at all

For muscle cramps, I much prefer the roll-on version - easy to apply and instantly effective. The spray is presumably effective too, just messy to use and if you have any eczema or similar, it is indeed very painful when using your hands to massage the spray into the skin (as warned in the description of the product). No noticeable impact on muscle pain. I therefore won't buy again but will continue to use the excellent roll-on version for muscle cramps - that one is a serious winner!

This combination has relieved my
Cramps but no relief in back and/or muscular pain. I had to stop using it because it made my skin incredibly dry, and no moisturiser or oil could fix the dryness.

I have used various other products for chronic back pain and neuropathy leg pain but Mismo is by far the best l have ever used. Have used this for over a year great for knees

This seems to be giving me relief from muscle and nerve pain relating to a total hip replacement six months ago. While I am not pain free, I have been able to ditch the horrid drugs.

Item arrived quickly. It's a hydrated molecule so had hard crystal sheets. It dissolves easily though. It caused a bit of bloating so I discontinued it. Good quality product.

I would not be without my msm, not an ache or pain in my body for yrs now, I share msm with others as I want the same for them

I’ve made my own oil, it work wonders for sore joints and muscles

I found them to be pure as stated specifications. The Flakes took longer to dissolve than small crystals that I was accustomed to in order to make a saturated solution. Other than that I can recommend Mismo and this product.

I haven’t been able to try it yet, the bottle I received had a hole in the botttom. I’m finishing my old bottle of magnesium oil from another company before I can try it.

Very high quality product but the taste!!! Oh my goodness, it tastes like a glass of salt water, very hard to drink and I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again
