How do I use Magnesium Bath Flakes?

  • For a relaxing bath soak, dissolve two cups of magnesium flakes in warm water in a standard-sized bathtub and soak for 20 minutes or more.

  • For a restorative foot bath, dissolve ¾ of a cup per 10 litres of warm water and immerse feet.

  • Repeat 3-4 times per week for optimum relaxation.
