Magnesium Gel Complex is a super smooth, non-oily moisturising body lotion suitable for all over use. Specially formulated for use in conjuction with pain relief massage. An ideal way to stimulate circulation and relieve stiffness in tight muscles, or for painful muscle cramps.
MISMO Magnesium Gel Complex is a great way to increase magnesium levels without taking oral supplements. Magnesium Chloride absorbs through the skin very easily, making it more gentle on the digestive system.

How should I use the Magnesium Gel Complex?
Gently massage magnesium gel onto clean dry skin wherever relief is required.For external use only. If irritation occurs discontinue use. One teaspoon (5 grams) contains 1.2 grams of Magnesium chloride, an excellent boost for your body.
Don't be fooled by the different magnesium "oils" that you see sold elsewhere - make your own for a fraction of the price - simply add water to our food-grade magnesium chloride.
Finally a product which I can apply before bedtime without feeling I've just showered in oil. It leaves skin moist but dry after application. I will keep using and only time will tell if it will have positive effects on skin. Then I will decide if it is the right product with which I should persevere.
Myself & my daughters have used many Blemish Gels before & Mismo’s is by far the most effective. Fast acting & doesn’t dry the skin. It’s the only one we use now!
