I have a stiff muscle knot on the side of my neck due to stress and bad sleeping positions. Since I started using the magnesium roller day and night, my neck muscles has been improved a lot. It takes time to see the results though!

I was so skeptical about this product. Absolutely love Mismo's skin care products so thought I'd try this but really wasn't expecting it to work. Well - it works! First time I used it for a foot cramp and it worked but I thought it was a fluke. Next time for a calf cramp and it worked again. Then my husband had a forearm cramp and it worked for him too. I have no idea how it works but I'm hooked!
Don't be fooled by the different magnesium "oils" that you see sold elsewhere - make your own for a fraction of the price - simply add water to our food-grade magnesium chloride.
