Winter is most definitely upon us and it can be a tricky time of the year, (especially this year) with all of the nasties that can easily be spread around. However, there are a few things that you can try that might help to make the cooler months a little easier to handle.

So washing hands regularly can help keep germs at bay, which means, the possibilities of less colds. Be sure to carry around a small natural hand sanitiser which can be really valuable in times that soap and water are not handy.
